T3 and a nice story of the "old days"
Quote from kkombii
I spotted a similar T3 to this, in a mechanical workshop in Royal street , Kenwick, similar green colour but not restored.
I did not have my camera with me. I went back the next day and they were closed.
The owner has an old Splittie, with a double reduction gear box, the mechanic told me he won the award for the slowest kombi over a set distance while still moving.
The owner has attended Kombi shows before. He is a member of Parliment and a pastor. I only remembered his first name , Peter......
