Yes that’s the one, another car I wish I hadn’t sold off.
If you remember it started off, White with large blue bumble bee stripes from side to side and TRIMTEC in red writing on both sides.
I did that paint scheme as it hadn’t been passed by the police and wanted to get that ‘WHAT THE’ reaction. Then the call went out within the police force, Get that Jag Ute, I was caught in a car yard (i'm sure they had bets on who would get me first) and they put a yellow sticker on it, that came off very quickly after it went over the pits with flying colours,
Then after someone backed over the front in a truck, I replaced all the damaged parts with series 3 parts and painted it black with gold sign writing,(John Players special colours) which was the best advertising I ever did.
It went to Sydney and I don’t know what happened to it after that. |

I remember in all phases and the JPS paint was the best though must say original stood out
We had workshops in Osborne Pk and Balcatta so I think everybody in the business talked about it.
