Hi folks, I spotted this Panel Van at Hillary's Boat Harbour last wednesday, I aint seen this one before, any idea's?

Quairading number plates which doesn't mean a lot but I am going there in couple of weeks to look at a couple of Fuegos and the guy I am seeing is a restorer , now mainly pre war Chevs so I will ask if he know any Kombis.
