Anyone know how they fix plyboard bulkheads. You know where the front cab is separated from the cargo. Im thinking of doing it myself but I cant think how they would fix stuff in a van..

What model do you have? Is is an existing bulkhead or do you want to instal one?
Post some pics and someone will be able to help.
If you put your location in Profile there may be someone just around the corner who can help.

The van is a nissan vanette, so i'm probably not posting in the right forum but I can't seem to find this info else where but maybe someone here will put me on the right track.
There is no bulkhead there, I want to make one.
heres some pics:

sos they are a bit dark. The black line on the second one I put in to show where I would want the bulkhead to come up. There is gray material lining on
roof of front cab which will need to be cut back as it goes further back than the back of the seats. I don't really have a clue about how to do this though
thanks for your help |

My first suggestion is of course to buy a Kombi.
However you will need to make a template and this could be done by taping(Masking tape or similar) a sheet to where you want to have bulkhead.
Once in place you could trace profile of bulkhead with Texta or similar marker.
This could then be traced to ply or chipboard sheet.
They are usually fastened by small angle brackets.
I would not suggest you cut cabin roof lining as it would have to be refixed correctly.
Best of luck
