|
|
I am trying to line the roof interior of my Panel van and have some maisonite for the walls etc to be covered am looking at doing the roof. I would however like a solid roof liner not a fabric one.
I have tried maisonite which on my first attempt wasn't all that successful, splitting about 15 cm from the edges on the curve. Will try again if I get some other ideas.
Does anyone know of a board material that is solid yet flexible enough for a roof lining. I am hoping to insulate one side and vinyl or carpet the outerside. ?
Is it Possible to Shape Maisonite ?
I will be at Alfred's tonight if anyone has any ideas.
Thanks
Big Bear

i used hardboard for my roof lining. covered it one side and just hooked it in the inner gutter rails. 4mm i think it was. some trimmers use similar but a bit thinner i think.
