Hi! I am new to this forum. May I say that it looks great and there is so much info and so many stories that I will be spending a lot of time on here.
I am looking for a Kombi in WA with:
Good engine and gearbox
Prefer 2 L
No major structural rust (surface rust ok)
Interior doesn't matter as I would like to do a complete fit out
Registered.
I have been stood up by someone supposedly selling one on ebay that renegged on the sale so I am keen to find one now.
Please email Steve at stevenjoz@hotmail.com
Keep rocking you VW lovers!

Hope you find the one you want, good to see you want one in WA, it just makes more sense to get a registerd one in your own state, at least that way you can keep driving while you are doing it up. _________________ brian

Thanks all,
Finally found a good one but had to travel from WA to Vic to buy her but I believe it was worth it.
Good luck to all who are on the search for their own Kombi. |

Hi there
Great to see you found one - didn't take more than a couple of months either. Great work. I am looking for a similar one - air cooled early 80s. It would be interesting to hear about your search and purchase experiences - and to see some pix.
Happy bus days, mate!
From a similarly mid-life enthused would-be bus owner!
