lock barrels??

none of the locks work on my newly purchased 73 was hoping its simply because the key doesnt fit. i got the handel off the sliding door and was hoping to take out the barrel to get it re keyed although im new to kombi's and dont wana hurt her trying to get it out.. any ideas??
