|
|
Hi,
So in my new engine im converting my Genny to a Alternator.
I've looked through the info on here and read other stuff etc, but always good to hear personal accounts etc....
Was wondering if anyone else has done this? The Alternator has an internal regulator so im under the belief that:
1. I can remove the current regulator completly.
2. I connect the big Red wire that comes from the Starter motor to the main connection on the ALT (B+)
3. Connect the green wire, that comes from the dash light to the second connection on the Alt.
Thats it???
Thanks in advance for the info..
