Hi woz.
Dont have long on but will try a quick reply.
Havent used rustoleum and will need to look up specs first.
I was just having a go at you roller painting poor thing [even if I get deleted for having a go at brookies favourite method. ha ha ]just kidding.
Generally spray cans a waste of time as they are thinned too much and contain stuff all paint for the bucks.
Suggest doing 1 panel at a time so job doesnt get u down.
Definately better to do something than leave it. regardless of the appearance.
Only have 5 min left but,
No need to remove all bog, Just if suspect rust or has cracks. If sound sand with 180 grit n clean off n prime. Couple of coats to ensure weather proof.
If rusty. Remove what u can n treat with something compatable with primer. Wattyl super etch no good. U need something like rust converter or 2 pac chromate etch. Penetrol good if compatible with system.
cheers
col
will continue later
cheers
