Have posted before re an independant Judge and this will introduce the Senior Judge. Only senior because he may need some helpers. 
I have known Rod for many years-not long after Kombis were first built.
He is a fan of Renault and other French cars but also loves all cars.
His bio below is brief but he has contibuted hugely to motorsport of all types. to various Clubs and motoring in general.
