Here are some quick pics from today- I think there were 12 Kombis- 1 Notchie and couple of strays-hope everybody enjoyed putting more names

Very nice to see that a respectable amount showed up.
A few of us stayed at the York caravan park and had sore heads in the morning (long walk in and out of town!) Very enjoyable - here's a couple more pics for you

nice pics. actually forgot to take many pics but heres one from the museum kind of vw related! a 1952 tatra tatraplan
always had a soft spot for the lambretta ld
perhaps this 1960 bowden should go in the bikes section!

It was a good run, I think the 1 hour trips are good, not to much strain on the kombi's expecially when the weather's quite hot. Anyway, would like to say that I had a great time camping out (Awsome Night), Sunday at the Museum was good too, Interesting talking to you Brookie, I will PM you in the next few days, on what we discussed.
The only casaulty for me was losing my tail pipe on the way back, flying off and just missing the yellow Bay behind me, close call.
