Sorry, I thought the topic was forgotten. The part is an inner strengthener for the rear Bumper side mounting point. Where you mount the Bumper to the side of the body (not under the frame rail) it goes on the inside of the corner and follows the curve of the corner of a Split bus in place of a washer. I'll take a picture of it in place when the sun comes up.
