I put the roof rack back on the Kombi and put all my tree pruning tools on the top, then drove around stopping at each tree and pruned them back into shape, wish I’d bought a Kombi years ago would have saved me a lot of backaches over the years.
All I need to do now is work out how to drive it from up on the roof rack, then I wouldn’t need to stop work and shift the bus all the time.

Mate do yourself a big favour, and change them all! We all should change our hoses at least every 2 years.

Perhaps we should start "Change your fuels line day"!

It wasn't yesterday, but Saturday night/Sunday morning... I finally put on some new door trim.  They are Brazilian, and I had some trouble matching the holes with the clips as they seemed out by several mms.... I was also in a hurry to get to the DOVW, so they look a little imperfect... but I like the look, without the air-vents. They'll do for now, but I guess I'll one day take them off and refit them again...

Finally fixed the fuel leak I hope, looks like the DH PO removed the fuel sender with a crow bar, all the lock down lugs were pointing upwards so the sender was very loose. Had to bend them back and refit the sender it’s now tight as, the big test will be next time I fill it up.

Thanks Brian! (the post has been removed.) We have had a few similar posts from traceable sources, it seems to be repeat offenders - we will be watching for them in future.
