where to get steel for welding north of perthhi all , where is the best place to get some steel for welding kombi , north of perth and how much would it be ??

I don't know anyone north of the river, but I always go to Di Candillo Steel City of 524 Guildford Road, Bayswater.
They have an excellent range of steel and they also have a big range of seconds, odd sizes, scraps and offcuts that can be bought by the kilogram.
You name it they have the thickness and the size you want.
Last time it was $10/kilogram.
I always found what I wanted everytime I went there.

I'm not nit picking, but when I lived there, Bayswater WAS north of the river!

Cut richard some slack, If you were going through what he is with building
the only Manx sr in the southern hemisphere You would be abit loopy
too
But Steel city is a good spot to start
Is it for a panel repair or chassis
If its for panel repairs give warren a buzz he has a donor bus which
you may be able to cut up ..
