VW Event CalenderHi,I was wondering if we could have (or if it would be a good idea to have) a VW Event Calender set up on this site. On it would be future events, or possible events etc that are coming up so we can all get excited about whats happening soon, and everyone could easily see and plan for furture events. People could add there own potential meets and poll numbers planning on coming etc?? Crazy idea? Possible idea? |

Kombi & Other VW Events is there to be used to post events-if it is a long lead time or continuing event like Alfred's First Wednesday it is made a "sticky"

I think it is a great idea too - it is a pity the server software doesn't allow it...
So the best way would be to post up a thread for each event of interest - and make sure the date is included in the thread title. |

Arrh, the joys of limited technology and cross forum relations.
Well, Woz has a good idea with putting the date in the title, rather than reading through Pages of forum to find the date etc.... |

As many members and lookers only read certain forums it is better to post in Kombi & other VW Events with date in subject line and then post that link in Kombi Talk.

I'll create one in the next couple of days.... I will probably set it up on Google Calendar, at least temporarily - and make it for all VW meets, not just the ones advertised on this forum. | ||
