Spoke briefly to Toodyay Visitors Centre today and they have been given link to WA Coffee Meet on 4th. November.
Manager will be at Visitors Centre on Sunday so hope to get together and show her some Kombis.
The Centre is opposite our car park next to Freemasons Hotel and diagonally opposite Cola Cafe.
Just an idea at the moment but Toodyay would make great venue for Kombi weekend.
In addition to Caravan Parks the Shire has in the past made the Racecourse available for camping/display for large groups.
Toodyay has many attractions from National Parks, cafes, pubs, and historical sites. Close to many other historic towns including Northam and York which has one of the greatest motor museums in Australia.
Its Fremantle Branch has Australia's oldest Beetle.
Have some sponsorship in mind.
Surrounding roads are very good and many are used for Targa WA.
Just a thought but would like some feedback -particularly after Sunday.
