Rear view mirrorHow do I get this off from my '79 microbus?
Does it clip in? Push from the front, or the back? Left or right? Glued on?

It is held in by "spring clip" on ball type extension on mirror..
If you have to remove just pull with slight leverage and it pops out- it is designed to pop out in event of accident.
Have pulled one out- but not pushed one back in

grab hold of the shaft and genlty push it forward till it pops out, the do the opposite to return it. easy as,
thats what i tell all the girls but thats another story!
