Just posting a Queensland Sunshine Coast Get-Together set down for Sunday 08 June at Cotton Tree, Maroochydore.

The plan is to have two meeting times; an earlier time for those who surf and a later one for those who like to set up a picnic/bbq for lunch.

8.00am
Surfers meet at the carpark at Cotton Tree (next to the caravan park) at 8.00 am ..... some may like to get there for an earlier session.

10.30 am
Non-surfers start arriving at River Park at 10.30 am and set up for a picnic lunch.

Cotton Tree is one of the very nice places on the Sunny Coast... it is kinda tucked out of the way, and has that village feel about it. There are markets in the main street every Sunday, organic café's with nice coffee, and of course the beach and river. Quite a good place for all ages with some variety

Hope to see as many KK there as possible. There will also be some KC members but treating it more of a Sunshine Coast Crew Get -Together.

Many people are members of both the KK and the KC but are from the Sunshine Coast where there are growing kombi numbers every week.

Can only make a brief appearance as got to get Col home after the epic Road Trip today to drop off Wilfred the 74 SC Ute to Maryborough and then down to Brisbane to pick up Agnes the 59 Beetle to bring back to Caloundra.

Might not make the surf session but will turn up in Vera the Beetle with Col as a captive audience.

Toni can't make it as our 4 year old daughter has a yet another Kindy Party. Seem to happen with alarming regularity. Better social life than what we have!
