We were on our way into caloundra when on the other side of the road there was a slowish movemnt of cars and we saw a deep purple beetle and they were waving to us...we waved back and then i heard a screech of brakes and some tyre smoke...the beetle driver was so busy waving to me he nearly hit the car in front of him....yikes...

Back when I was 18 and an inexperienced driver I was in my Beetle and did exactly the same....I didn't hit the van in front of me but gee it shook me up - I learned a lot from that.....
