Poptop materialThe standard poptop canvas was 10oz -Imperial and motor trimmers and canvas workers still seem to use term- with occasional 15oz.
We had one done in 20oz. Was good but more difficult to raise and lower. However after a month or so the canvas becomes more supple and was no problem.
Many now use other materials but personally we have found canvas better.
Some great colours available in modern materials though.
