Can see you haven't slept in Kombi before  You open the vents about 50% in poptop- one front window down a little and you are as warm as toast.
If you have one of those cheapie flat heaters- about $19 at Retravision or Harvey Normans run it sitting on dash for about 15 mins.

Don't worry I have my heater. I'm always cosy at bedtime, just the sitting around in the evening and early morning.
