Agree with others, most definately contact shannons. if you dont get the result you want, then ring them again next day.

I just renewed ours about a week ago. 283 bucks for 6 grand cover, cant go wrong with that.
this is now our 3rd renewall and its only gone up by 7 bucks, our costs that is. |

hope you get the deal you want bear. i know you are wondering why they stuff you around. there is no answer to that one mate. you just gotta keep trying till some one gives you what you want. it just seems that all are not switched on to what goes in their company. There has been that many in the same boat, so dont think they are picking on you. Stick with it, you will get someone soon who knows the deal.
