INDICATOR FLASHER UNIT LOCATION?

I am trying to locate the flasher unit in a 71 lowlight deluxe microbus.
The indicator lights aren't working, the fault is as followed.
I switch indicator left or right, indash lights stay on constantly, on audublie noise heard, and external indicator light don't come on or flash.
with the ignition off I switch the hazards on, the indash indicator light stay on constantly and all external indicators also stay on constantly.

since all the indicator come on when hazards are on that tells me that all globes working..

The fault occured after a night of heavy rain and the bus being left out in it and the windscreen seals leak.

Any ideas??

or any one know we're the indicator flash unit is located

Thanks Brookie, that was Liam posting under my username. He was fixing it for me so I could drive back to Nannup today. I've been in Perth for 3 weeks. We found one for $26 at Repco near my Mum's place.
Somehow he managed to fix the indicators so they self cancel after turning a corner. They stopped doing that after the most recent trip to the mechanic (for a service) and it's been a pain, I'm glad that was fixed too.
I need to get all new seals now so I can avoid this and other problems in the future (damn money pit Wink ). There have been a couple of lakes inside the van after she hasn't been parked in her carport during recent stormy weather.
