I know everyone loves a picture (or two) - My busHere's a selection of pictures that I have taken of my bus. I reckon that I am not the only one that can't stop taking shots where ever I go, or when something new goes on it.....we need more of you to do the same and post them up!
I hope you appreciate me posting these, I wanna see you do the same

What a cracking ride!
Love the photo's too - very clever the one with the reflections.
Tell me about your window dressings... how are they held in place?
As mine is going to be a micro 95% I am designing a completely installable (and hence removable) camper interior. For the curtains we are testing out the super strong magnets stitched into semi thick curtains, rather than installing hooks etc.
Hope to have mine ready to roll near the end of March. Not sure if I'll be able to shake the money tree hard enough for the paint to be done though (I'd hate to break the money tree - it is a bit fragile this year).

Cheers Guys thanks for the nice comments
I get a lot of queries about the curtains/blinds/covers on the windows - I got them from Just Campers in the UK they actually stick on the windows with suckers - They are fantastic and I highly recommend them even if you use curtains. The amount of light and heat that they repel can not be matched. They are available for all buses for around 70 quid (200bucks)
I did try the magnet thing but finding strong enough magnets is not easy and they can be well expensive.
What a sales pitch! I need commision Just Campers
I like the sound of your removable interior I have kept mine to a minimum too - The rear seat turns into a bed - I have a travel eski/sink/wardrobe/storage units that we stick in a tent when we get to site, you then have loads of space for bikes etc or bricks!!!

Looks like a pretty rust free affair you got there - Very solid looking!
What are your long term goals (colour, ride height etc)?
Jamie - Cheers man, I do love driving it - At one stage in the reno project things got a bit much and I was thinking about selling. Then I went and picked her up from a workshop after getting more work done - Driving along with the tunes pumping and people smiling, just changed those negative thoughts.

Have to replace inner and outer sills and some small bit and pieces,
colours, was going to do wax red and off white, but have changed my mind, now going for Maroon and off white, standard height for now might drop it down the track after rego, love the height you have not toooo low, what have you done? Cheers Mike

HI Mike - lowered mine on the rear by one spline (outer I think) and the front is an adjustable '68 beam.
Sounds like your plans are for the rust work for now, keep chipping away, and also enjoy - once mine was painted all I wanted to do was get it back together - other than driving the bus - putting all back together was really enjoyable I could do that part again and again...
Cheers Jamie
