HI, new here but been a Kombi nut for 27 yearsHi all,,, glad to see such a full site dedicated to such a wonderful vehicular propulsion unit
I`ve had Kombis (mainly splitty utes) nearly all my life but i was a bit of a dork & had to have some decent grunt so fitted alloy V8 power up the bum of them , ala Leyland P76 4.4 litre donks (i still have 12 of those engines sitting here for some reason)
I did lots & lots of sand dune work with them at Moreton Island & they also carried my race minis to the race tracks,,, yeah i race Morris mini minors.
Now i own a bay Duel cab with a 4litre alloy lexus quad cam V8 up it`s bum
& yeah of course i`ll wave at any & all other kombis
cheers & great site people, top class & hope to meet you all at Kombi gatherings in the future.

Hi Matt
Welcome aboard, post you location so others can see where you are, just had a peek at your website and see that it is Brisbane. My ex husband had a passion for mini coopers and we spent many a wet sunday afternoon at race meets in Uk, my lliving room looked like a workshop with new parts strewn everywhere..
