Welcome to the forum- a split camper fully fitted would be a bit more than your budget.
A very good early bay -Lowlight- would be in your range as would 73 onwards bay.
A good section is How to Do It which has both genders showing how they have or are restoring their Kombi.
I am sure you will get planty of feed back.
