Heat Exchangers, Pipes and Intake

Looking at the pipes that move the hot air from the back to the front there is a hole or two, and it juts down a long way where with a little care it could've been laid along the floor. Can we get that piping? A few car stores say they can't get anything that big in diameter.

Anyone else moved the fan intake for the heater? I plan to move it into the fresh air under the left inner-ear, hoping to avoid engine smells and CO2.

Can you access the insides of the heat exchangers to clean them out? I want to get rid of the smell.

and should I scrape the underneath clean?

Ypu could try Mick Motors for heater tubing

This is inside of heat exchanger or exhaust manifold with heater box removed. You could probably use degreaser and then wash out and let dry thoroughly

The fan moved to inner ear could upset airflow and if engine is clean it should not pick up any smells-it is only a booster fan.
