Coffee Meets, Cruises etcMany car clubs get out of metro area for their meets.It allows people to find their own way without having to park in City to meet up. Suggested Venues- York- Bugatti Cafe and parks along river behind York Motor Museum- playground for kids and barbecue/picnic area. Toodyay Cola Cafe- Children and pets welcome. Plenty of parking and also picnic areas close buy. Mullaloo- Tavern , Cafes, beach and parking-can get crowded in summer. Greenhills Tavern- Restored Classic Country Club Grass Patch- similar country pub. Mercedes Benz, MG TC, Alfa, WRX, BMW , Porsche , AussieFrogs and many other clubs use these venues. Nice drives- you can return by different route and clean country air. You can meet up at Midland ,Mundaring. The Lakes and other locations. |

Since I was one of the ones wandering around aimlessly at Freo, I reckon Toodyay would be a good one! |

Saw another possible meeting place on Saturday at Mundaring.
A new Bakery/Cafe -possibly similar to those great Tassie ones -opening shortly. Called Artisan Bakery Cafe- -setback from Gt. Eastern Hway in centre of Mundaring. Plenty of parking. There are plenty of nice drives, variety of roads back to Perth and barbecue/picnic areas within 10 minute drive as well as those in Mundaring. I love Toodyay, the Coca Cola Cafe is a great place too. I like any excuse to get out to Toodyay. Nearly bought 100 acres there 3 years ago. I'm kicking myself now for not doing so! Hindsight eh?
Another top spot is Trigg Island Cafe car park. Always a good place and the Surfies would appreciate the whole kombi thing. It'll be a couple of months before I can join you, my microbus is still in Vic and should be a good 4 weeks or so! Oh well, it'll get a few k's on it when the nice weather returns. |

theres a great looking light blue kombi which frequents mettams mundaring is a top spot too |

Not a Kombi meetNot a Kombi meet but AussieFroggers-French car fans- are having a coffee meet at Cola Cafe Toodyay on 23rd Sept. Some Afers also have Kombis so thought Iwould post here as well.
