Cargo door questionMy recent addition, yellow split panel van has a small problem with one of it's cargo doors. The door appears to be a replacement and doesn't quite close properly. The bottom locking shaft which should fit into the body doesn't quite make , it is about 1cm short and the bottom right corner sits out about 1cm from the body when closed.
Any suggestions of how to fix this ?

Samblers and 66 Split had to sort similar problems out on Sambler's bus (Sam and Kelly's Kombi Resto thread).
I am sure they would have some good tips.

These doors commonly rot out and are victim to to some shabby welding/skimming. Anything can be repared if you know a good welder or try and track down new doors to replace them (easier said than done).
When yousay the bottom right sticks out - which door are you talking about. Perhaps some close ups will help us establish whats happening....

Right hand door, from the bottom hinge.
Will get some photos on the weekend.

Take it to 3 panel beaters in turn and give them about $10K each
Problem fixed!
