Anyone up for another get together? (was originally thinking about a camping trip) But a day event might be better.

I think the Monday will be best as most should be off work that day,
I think we should arrive there at 1230 for lunch/swim/beer/coke etc..

I live not too far from Mundaring, It would be best for someone from the city etc to organise a cruise to Mundaring town - Woolworths carpark?
Arriving there at around 1200 we can congrigate and depart to the Hotel at 12:30

After we have had enough at the Mundaring Weir Hotel (around 1600) a drive to the weir perhaps for some scenery/pictures would be good.

I have spoken to Hotel they're always getting parties of people rocking up, plenty of parking - No special treatment though... The pool is for general use, but food and drink from the pub can not be taken into the pool area, but from what I could make out you can purchase stuff in there from the hotel bar??? Seperate from the pub I guess Confused

So we'll meet at 12 at Woolies Carpark in Mundaring and we'll take it from there..... see you all on Monday

hi all, had a good run out today. my van wasnt running very well at all and steves van had a couple of reluctant starts but we made it there and back. had a swim in the mundaring weir hotel pool, had some grub and listened to some live music then headed down to the weir. hope to catch up on another run soon. dave.

Low key and a nice short cruise for me!!! - Who knows how to fit aircon cheaply?

It was very nice to get out with some other kombis - Great.

What a good way to spend a day off. Lovely drive up to Mundaring, few drinks, lunch, live music, bit of a walk on the dam. A nice cool swim for those who remembered to bring their bathers (I forgot!). And a safe drive home for everyone.
