You seem to have lots of surface rust in pics-do you have any holes through body or floor-especially in front cab?
Have a look at Mountain Goat's progess on Billy the Kid

As Samblers said, the best solution for rust is to remove it - blast it, sand it, grind it.... whatever gets rid of it! Smile

If the rust isn't "cancerous" (ie hasn't penetrated all the way through) then you can try rust converter (not rust *remover*, which dissolves the rust), this turns the oxide solid and black - you can buy it at auto stores.  I would recommend sanding the rust first though as it does turn very hard! (another product is POR-15 - but IMO this is best used under or inside Victor as it is light-sensitive and takes more effort to paint...)

If the rust has penetrated through, then the best option is metal replacement - check out local welders...

Good luck! Smile
