Anyone know of a spray painter

Hi Everyone,

I need the services of a spray painter as I require the divider panel between the passenger seats and the rear sprayed. I've been to quite a few shops but all are so unindated with work they will not look at it. Some have quoted $700 upwards whilst others complained about it being 2-pack. I have the paint but not the equipment and am quite happy to do all the prep work.
Hopefully someone can advise.
