I think there is a Dometic (Electrolux) service centre in Osborne Park if it is original style.
They don't go wrong very often- what is problem?

That helps- if it works on 240V fridge is Ok. All connections are on top of fridge so I would go to auto electrician to see if circuit is OK-is 3 way switch firm or sloppy?
If you and try and go from off to 12 v it can take ages- we always have ours on 240V night before we leave and then 12v maintains it while travelling

And make sure you use the correct extension cord (at least 15 Amp, without the flange/surround/big chunky thing that may prevent you plugging it in properly )
Do you have a second battery? (or leads for one?) Maybe the problem lies there.....

So I take it the fridge does run on mains power? (if it doesn't, try turning it upside down for a few hours - but leave 24 hours before turning on).
If you have a multimeter, check the second battery (the one on the left) - it likely will need replacing. (check voltage and also fluid level... and remove the connectors and clean them) Get a deep-cycle battery if the battery needs replacing (ie has low voltage/current or high resistance)...
If it is not the battery or connectors, then the problem will likely be with the isolator or cables running from the starter battery...
