Have finally given bessie the touch up with the paint tins. Got sick of all her patches, hence the colour change. All costs totall 200 bucks. Im not into spending thousands for paint job. As long as she looks nice thats fine. The first part of the paint job was done about a week ago, when we had some sun. then had to wait till this week for more sun. I painted her right where she stood, as have no shed. I dint think the pics look as good as i thought they would. trying to get the right angle and sun and shade factor etc,

Wow, it's hard to recognise Bessie! She looks good, Brunswick Green is certainly an interesting colour (maybe a Rover engine should be next? ).
So, how did you do it (eg roller, brush, spray?)? Did you mask off the door handles, badge, windows etc or did you remove them? What sort of paint did you use (it seems cheap - maybe we can do similar with Loona)? Did you also repaint the poptop? _________________ ....Woz

woz, i think it would be a nice cheap way for alice to do. i walked across the road to bunnings and bought rattle cans. i took of bumpers and badges etc, masked all windows, door handles etc. the canopy i painted a year ago, that was with a brush. _________________ brian and cathy
