Well after buying a toyata camper, and selling it already( I know,no need to say anything ),we are back in the market for a Kombi Camper,if you guys hear of one please let me know,Im checking online and Quokka, but more eye's,more chances
Jason at VW Auto Europe had a blue camper for sale a couple of weeks ago. It has been fully restored as far as I am aware.. Don't know the price either.
I did see someone take it for a spin last week so not sure if it is still available. _________________ The Dream is alive

I think it is sold but they may be restoring another.

That was a project for customer, he said it took 6 months to do in between all their other work. They have a couple of shells there but Jason said he won't be able to have one ready for months now because they're still very busy.
I have a friend who is thinking of selling his camper so he can buy a Bedford van, if he decides to I will let you know.
It's a 5 speed manual (has a caravelle gear box) and has been maintained mechanically by Mike at Volkshop for the last 5 years.
I have no idea what he would be wanting for it, but I would say it would be over the $5k mark at a guess.
Rod, dont know what price your are after or if its from another state. Me and cathy just went for a walk around the lake and i spotted a kombi in the back yard of a work shop. so i snuck in and had a look. it was a mustard colour 76, looked in pretty good nick, good tyres and the inside was decked out with fridge sink cupboards etc. it had a for sale sign on the window. $3.000. i couldnt see ony oil on the ground, i also didnt lay down on the dirt and have a look either. But if this was around when i bought bessie i would have snapped it at that price considering we paid 6 for ours.
I have written down a mobile number. If you would like it let me know and i will pm it to you. If i put it up here there would be heaps of interest im sure. there are no kombi club stickers any where either. i have never seen this one before. then again i dont know what state its from i forgot to look at the rego. it has bull bar on the front and the back, the back one seems to have held 2 jerry cans.Cathy said it is reg in SA, she looked at the plates. _________________ brian and cathy

looks like your eyes acted before your brain kicked in mate. let me know your plans after you see the pics. if it turns out not the one for you i could let some one else know. He dont want it, so someone else can surely use it. i think i said it was 76, i think now it was 75.
