When installing floor which is screwed by usually 4- 6 selftappers it is best to get under with drill with very fine drill 1/16th or less and using original self tapping holes drill through new floor.
You then put in your new countersunk self tappers.

Though you don't see this often these are orginal battens under floor.
Some had small pieces about 30cm long- also have set of these.

Timber floors:
Always use correct size timber if you are replacing floor.

1. If it is remaining a camper it is easier to refit bed/seat.

2. If you are not replacing furniture you don't need wooden floor but if you decide to have this still use orginal measurements as side trim panel will not fit . Wooden floor MUST not go out to body panel even in camper.
