From the "show of hands" replys it appears that there are a few projects on the go out there.  We all love a good "before" and "after" shot (and esp. inbetween shots!!)

Please post a pic' or two of your projects, if your even keener start a post with your progress pictures........

Thought I'd post a few pictures that may be of some use to someone in the future.

I found myself under the gun to get a good transaxle and the only one was the 5K rebuilt one in the bus I was going to sell. I had 2 hours to pull both units in the dirt tonight and just got it done Cool . I left the brake cables attached so I didn't have to remove the 46mm axle nuts and took them out as 1 unit then seperated them later. I'm sore from reaching over the trans to get the darned clutch cable off. It's loaded up in the truck now ready to go.
:hangloose:

That darned clutch cable nearly killed my arm! I'd lost my tool to remove the wing nut with. Crying or Very sad
I had to steal the transaxle out of one Bus to stuff into a container to go with a bus I'd sold but just before shipping it started popping out of 4th so I had to make it right. It went into the 65 Kombi Red with Chrome bumpers.
