Kick panel replacements can be made from  3 ply or 3mm MDF.
MDF is easier to work and sand to get a better fit.

If you have originals and they are basically complete but bent or twisted, remove original black pvc/plastic facing and put on flat surface and hose with water until compliant.
In some cases you can save the instructions for windscreen washer-it can be stuck to carpet. If it won't come away easily use a hairdryer but not too hot.
If you have steam cleaner you use that instead of hose. Flatten and put weight on until dry-this will give you a good template to trace straight onto MDF (3mm) .

If your panels are still sound but don't look too hot you can cover with marine or similar carpet which is pretty cheap at Bunnings.

Cut out the Lowlight kickpanels today from template- only have to wait until 70 is back from paintshop to see if they are OK.
