The Eumundi sat market is always on my list when I travel down the coast on weekends to avoid work at home.
The food stalls are great. I get brekky and lunch before cruising south.
The sat market has great salad stall [I think it has french name but the owners are Scottish and Sydney chefs]
Genuine french style crepes by young french couple.
Japanese omletts
Good tapas.
and heaps more.
The stall holders buy off each other for snacks at the market so the food has to be good. Quite a few are either qualified chefs or suppliers to local restaurants so standard is high.
Know Im prattling on but get sick of average [or worse] food and enjoy something that makes a cruise a good day
Might have to do a thread on everyones favourite travelling food or food places.
If market is on a peregian beach I guess we can do a run up if you want. Otherwise I will be going direct.
cheers
