This is how many large forums and clubs handle their "meet ups, runs etc"
It has been modified with KK inserted where applicable

Posting or suggesting Meet-Ups etc
Please note there are no Kombi Konnection events as we are not a club or company and have no insurance.
This may alter for special occasions and by invite from Clubs, Promotors, and function organisors.
The Kombi Konnection supports all VW events as well as other makes.
You may use this forum to post invites to others to meet up but this should be done (and accepted by those who do go along) as a case of one person saying: "I am going here - who wants to come".
The person inviting has no liability towards others who want to follow them. Additionally the meet-ups are not sponsored or conducted on behalf of the Kombi Konnection Forum unless specifically stated by Administration.
